On the bench for now, only really made an impact when coming off the bench. So I would have him on the bench with a view to breaking into the first 11

And as for Hoskins, we have not seen enough of him yet to be sure if he is good enough to be in a championship promotion winning side

but.. that is because he has been injured/(still growing??). I think he would be a key player if we were going for promotion.

Swap Striker for LB and I'd agree with that. We're losing games in the middle of the pitch with Bridcutt having to do the job of 2 people most games, get that sorted first for me.

Cant take any of these threads seriously when someone includes Vicente is any Albion team of today or the future. If that man ever puts on an Albion shirt again in anger, I will nail my bollocks to the kitchen table and drag it up the road in the rain....So to answer question,,Keeper, Full Back, Centre Midfield and a Striker. We have BAGS of creativity in the midfield in a fully fit squad so no need for that midfielder, I'm thinking 4-1-2-1-2 by the way. Jara would slot into the right back role and then all we'd need is a left back, I believe we need to sort our DEPTH out, not our first team squad.
