I work in the trade so I might know a bit, not every thing, but a bit.

70 mph will be about 5 degrees warmer than 90 mph. Winter on a bike ain't good.

That sounds good advice but where the hell did you get that stat from............ is that a thermometer in yer pocket.

Experience, call it wind chill factor in modern speak. Years of high speed, long distance winter riding taught me that you can be significantly warmer by wearing the right kit, AND slowing down.

Other than that, a guesstimated figure......

I use a combination of bar muffs & heated grips on my commuter bike.. work a treat, can just use my normal summer gloves then
