Windows 7 Tech help please

I upgraded to windows 10 recently and have found it very slow and frustrating.
I had Windows 7 pre-installed and wish to revert back to this.
However after the upgrade to windows 10 I deleted the restore for windows 7 as I presumed the windows 7 file may have been making my computer slow.
Please can anyone offer support, unfortunately I have no previous back ups or discs. My laptop is a HP IF THAT HELPS.

I think the possible solution for that is to reformat your computer with a Windows 7 OS. That is only the possible way to get back to Windows 7 because it is not possible anymore to revert it once you have upgraded to 10.
