Completed the massive update yesterday. Now my Epson Printer doesn't work.

At the risk of sending a bit BG (I don't know an old school mechanic to help me out) is this a thing with this update?

Have you checked the Epson website support page? Handy link: https://www.epson.co.uk/viewcon/corporatesite/products/mainunits/faq//1316

You may have to manually download an updated driver for your printer model.

My IT consultant mentioned that this update contains a bug that cuts established links to printers.

Thanks guys. Turns out The anniversary Windows update took out my Audio Output too - Just spent half an hour, successfully reinstalled audio and still doesn't work!. Thanks Windows!

I hate Windows, Office 365 and OneDrive, and Outlook takes around 30 seconds to send an email. Latter problem is, I am told by those who know such things, is down to Trusteer Endpoint which I should uninstall. Unfortunately I don't seem to have it to uninstall. Curse you Bill Gates.

If you use generic rather than genuine Epson ink cartridges and your printer driver gets updated there can be a compatibility issue between the cartridge chip and the printer.

Same thing happened to me and I had to download new drivers for my HP Envy printer.
