I am not convinced we will.

I hope to be pleasantly surprised though.

It would not surprise me if the next two home games are poorly supported, the board take the decision not to spend any money we would have had for transfers to offset the drop in income.

Reading some of the comments on here and elsewhere it seems to me that the financial state of the business is such that it would be unlikely we would spend any money on playesr

We need a couple of older experienced players, that's all, but knowing DK we'll get sod all or a desperation one month loan of yet another kid judging by his recent record.

I think we are in a period of restructure, potentially with the young squad we have (tank an exception :lolol: ), we will have a good yound side!

patience is the key!

We wont go down a league, but will be better next season!

I don’t think the emphasis is on signing anybody with a certain amount of game under their belt or of a certain age. Finances dictate that we have to use our money to the maximum potential. If that type of player is not available then the money will be better spent elsewhere. I.e. One for the future or on our academy. That is where the money is to be made. Heaven knows we need it.

As NOrthstander says - patience is the key issue. I think we have been rather spoilt in the past, signing so many players. Not every team can afford to recruit three or four a season, what with signing on fees and so on....

Keep the faith!
