In his first stint with us, he had a poor first season. I remember a significant portion of the fans calling for his head in fact.

Be patient you fickle bastards and get ready to eat your words when we finish as Champions next season.

i want champions league in 3 years, sort it out!

He completely had to overhual the enire squad. his first full season saw us get 67 points and finish 11th but we finished win 8 wins and 6 draws in the last 14 games so although it took him 2/3rd's of a season he laid the foundations and we stormed to a 6 point clear league title the next season. This time all he had to do with tinker with things a bit.

So you would think, he has the basis of a decent team but in 4 home games has failed miserably to get the tactics right once and after yesterday's defeat against 9 men you'd have to be a real Adams fan NOT to start questioning if he's the right man this time round. This is not a blip it's turning into the norm. Keep the Faith though :p

Ah, music to my ears.

Yesterdays managerial performance was that of someone believng they have a job for life. No direction, passion, motivation from the bench. Michelin White was on his feet more than Adams. Oh and by the way what is Bob Booker doin these days? When your jobs gauranteed despite your performance why should you make any effort.

A positive attitude full of pride and passion for the club should be evident whatever the circumstances. Too many cronies are just taking the money and not performing. Seein Mr Hinshelwood walking back to the his free beverages at the end of the game with a big grin on his face summarises the whole attitude of the club these days. What did he do to deserve his overpaid role? What has MA done since leaving us? Booker the same. Ah yes they've all stayed on the right side of the spineless chairman. Well played them. Whilst people are losing their jobs despite their performance in the real world they expect fans to turn up week ion week out even though these leeches have no intention of making a difference. The credit crunch will hit the turnstiles and then they will start blaming us because they have no money to waste. If this excuse does arrive i suggest they look at themselves and how much they receive each week.

Bit unfair we flew out of the blocks, beat Crewe, Southend away and smashed Barnet 4-0.

The home games have been the problem.

i know, but crewe are one of the worst teams in the league, southend had ten men, and barnet are a poor league two side.

in my eyes, it's not looking good.

i will keep the faith, though, don't you worry.

MA was entirely to blame yesterday. The tactics were wrong and then when they didn't work he didn't change them. Despite us having 2 extra men we rarely created an overlap on the wing and had too many men getting in each others way in the middle. Without the overlap creating space, the crosses came in from deep and were simple to defend or catch. This was blatantly obvious from before half time. And I still can't believe MA didn't change it.

I rarely moan or criticise the team but yesterday I did vent my spleen. MA and the players need to realise and adjust. It's not too late for a decemt season. I think we have the players to do it but MA must get the tactics right.

Keep The Faith.

 Pretty much what I was saying from the moment they went down to 9 men. Though I feel the players could have takenthe decision into their own hands when it came to overlapping, I couldnt believe we didnt do it once in the second half.

so many of us on here and at the match could see it, it was so obvious, so why then did MA, DW, MH, etc, etc, not see it?

sometimes sticking to tactics gets in the way of common sense

erm, people have mentioned it before- he hasn't and won't get lucky in finding another Zamora this time.

clueless, dull, northern, complacent, tactically inept clown.

i know, but crewe are one of the worst teams in the league
who had one 5 on the trot at home since we beat them until saturday

have to see we seemed utterly clueless on how to brake them down yesterday and micky does seem to be making some very strange choices
