They have a ready made competent replacement in charge in the form of Chris Powell.
And that's the worry. Chris Powell, is fairly decent, gets his teams organised and probably a steady influence, similar to Hughton.
Hopefully the Derby Board will think he's not 'flair' enough for them and go after Kenny Jackett or Neil Warnock or similar.
Seems like the Derby way is for the chairman to actually want to be the manager.Ah, 'the Derby way' strikes again.
