The article had various people suggesting who should be the next England Manager. Steve Davies suggested Arsene Wenger and said he should be surrounded with a coterie of the young talents - the Tilsons, Lings and Wilkins of this world - so there is a conveyeur belt of gaffers who can eventually take up the baton.
