With near constant links with De Zerbi to other clubs, the succession plans have been in my thoughts, this guy has come to my awareness through taking a greater interest in tactics recently.
De Zerbi style coach in MLS, but not just tactically, seems to have the same love and respect for and from his players. His name might be some way down, but must be on PB's watch list?

If he were to be the next coach at Brighton, would also allow us to revive the 1-0 to the Nancy boys chant.

With a name that sounds like a cross between Zaha and, er, Zaha, it's a no from me.

Won the MLS cup yesterday.

Nancy quickly made Columbus the most gonzo outfit in MLS: fierce pressers, committed attackers, top scorers and the most possession in the regular season, but liable to squander winning positions, as if locking down represented a betrayal of ideological purity, a failure of nerve.
