Couldn't give two shits about Wigan.

Hope Portsmouth get relegated.

True, they have the might of the JJB empire, but it's not been wasted. In fact, they have been frugal and sold their best striker in Ellington before the season began. I thought they were certs to go down.

Good to see one of the "small" clubs doing well.

Wigan is a team that Brighton should aspire to, albeit we are a bigger club.

Potentially

The team the big premiershit clubs didn't want in their league doing really well. Certainly makes me laugh! Good luck to 'em, I hope they qualify for Europe at ManUre's expense.

Amazing to think they'd be level on points with Chelsea now if it was they who had scored the last minute winner on the first day of the season rather than Hernan Crespo. Wigan were the better side on that day too...

But more importantly, Silent Bob is right. I hope f***ing Portsmouth get relegated. SCUM.

Question: Where about did Chimbonda come from, coz as one of the sky commentators said "a gd half million spent there". And also how much have they spent in all this season on transfers? Coz it shows u dont need Big name players who u buy for 15M, to be up with those type of clubs.

Wigan deserve a lot of credit for their fantastic start to the season. Their team spirit is incredible.

Well done to the pie-eaters.

Wigan are a bunch of two-bob, tin-pot BASTARDS. They don't deserve the success just because some gerryatric old FUCKER has got nothing better to do with his cash.

Some goes for Blackburm, and DEFINITELY for Fulham - they can f*** RIGHT off. f***ing HATE Fulham.

GRRRR.

But if some geriatric old fucker wanted to put millions into the Albion we'd turn it away right?

At least the fact that people will put money into small unfashionable clubs gives us all the hope of success and breaks up the stranglehold that the well supported big clubs would otherwise have. The most successful period the Albion have ever had came because Mike Bamber and the drectors largely funded it from their own pockets, we would never have had the success we did funded by gate receipts alone.
