Why the HELL is it taking so long for season tickets?

Surely it is not too much to expect the club to have worked out a price range IF we stayed up, and a contingency one for IF we had gone down.

Surely if the ground work is done it is just a case of printing out the letters and bunging it online.

I would be surprised if ANY other club in the football league has held back this long.

Seems a long wait just to announce a price FREEZE and a return of the free cup ticket and diary...

What's the problem?

Not bothered when the letter comes as long as there is a staggered payment option for those who need it.

Is there ANYTHING you DON'T moan about?

Hey! Another repetitively-cretinous moaning twat. Just what this place needs. *hangs self while contemplating future of human race*

I moan about our club being run like a county league outfit.

Seems fair enough to me.

What I want to know is what is taking so long - an absolute bloody aeon - before you finally take over being chairman.

You seem to know how everything is supposed to be run, you know the club is being run by people who don't know what they're doing, so what is making you drag this out so long?

Insider commented a week or so ago that once the prices are confirmed it takes a while to print and mail them. The earliest they could have sent everything to the printers was 7 working days ago. Seems reasonable to me

From someone who couldn't get a fanzine printed after a month or so of faffing about there's an element of pots and kettles in your comments WJ

It would be fair enough if what you are commenting on were a problem or important.

Sometimes your comments may be justified, but too many times you seem to be trying much too hard to find something to criticise.

I love the way people deflect from what is a valid point by just going on about people moaning and poking fun at them.

It is a valid point. How hard can it be to have season ticket prices sorted? Surely you just have preparations for both scenarios ready.

I was under the impression Ken Brown was got in to deal with all this side of things leaving Perry to concentrate on Falmer etc.

What exactly does Ken Brown do?

That's just it - it's not a valid point. It's not taking a long time - it's taking the right amount of time.

How is it taking the right amount of time Alan?

Other clubs in the same boat managed to get them sorted already. Why should we be any different?

So the season ended over a long weekend, presumably whoever is responsible returned on the following Tuesday to organise everything (that would be the 5th)-with me so far? Add 7 working days (as per Insider's information re: getting everything to the printers) and that takes us to the 14th does it not? Today is the 13th.

Surely you know all about getting things prepared for printers in a Fanzine kind of way?

People in glass houses, etc., etc.

It's not deflecting from a valid point because it's not valid.

You're just shit-stirring...again.

I don't know exactly what Ken Brown does and I don't need to know. Do we have a right to know the job description of every Albion employee and to be able to check that they are fulfilling it whenever we wish?

As long as I get my season ticket letter in time to renew before the start of the season, I don't care if it is next week or the end of July.

Printing letters I can fully understand.

Why the prices can't just be bunged on the web or sent to The Argus I don't.

And then what? You've still got to wait for the letter.

Is your life on hold until the prices are announced?

I'm sorry but I just can't see what the problem is.
