Surely, Jake would have had a better go than Doug Loft, yesterday... was very surprised by that decision. Anyone think otherwise?

Why recall Loft and not Robinson?

I would have had em both back TBH
Robinson is apparantly carrying an injury. Also, is he our's to recall any more?
Would have understood the decision more had Loft been played down the left.
Given our current goalscoring situation, would have thought Robinson wouldnt necessarily be a bad option for the bench but Aldershot need to agree for him to be recalled and it sounds unlikely that that would happen.
Didnt see either of them as being good enough to really threaten MK Dons really

As well as him being injured under the loan agreement we need Aldershot's permission to recall him. Not sure why that was put in the agreement.

but played 90 minutes for Aldershot yesterday!
The decision not to bring him back is as f***ed up as everything else this season. Anyone who thinks Loft is more capable of turning a game than Robinson is simply deluded. But it would certainly make sense to have all options at this time. Robinson on for the last 30 minutes against tired defenders at Hereford for example would be a much better option than what we have on the bench at the moment.

That's what I read. Can't remember whether it was the Argus or the official site, but it was from an 'official' source. We could have done with him off the bench yesterday as our attacking options were shocking.

I think if he came back, it would be the usual, everyone expects a minute of brilliance to no avail, he will not get passed his man and or just not quite done enough to get the win?

I certainly wouldnt have bothered recalling Loft as he did absolutely nothing also would have been lothe to recall Robinson.
Why was Loft picked has Slade watched him play or was he influenced by White and Booker or somebody else!

Robinson was injured so loft was either 2nd choice or being recalled anyway.

Jakey was supposedly injured but recovered to play for Aldershot yesterday. Loft has been recalled , presumably RS has seen both of them in action and Insider's reply to a question on ATC says it all.
