right we are all here for the same purpose aren't we? i have just sat here and spent an hour reading the latest posts. Most of these contain a load of crap blasting A players B the manager C the club D the chairman etc. stop moaning and start to help the club I.E. buy tickets and go to the games, but something from the clubshop, donate to the club. Anything we can do to help is a start!!!

And another thing, why didn't the Xmas stuff I ordered from the club shop not arrive before the big day? It's not as if I even wanted the stuff, I merely felt obliged to help the club's cashflow. But the least they could do is deliver it......

All very commendable............but sometimes different points of view..........and justified critism are worth airing. It will frequently provoke a response from the Board.
Rather the airing of opinions and passions, than the apathy shown recently by so many Swindon supporters.

I think cjd, that there's a fair few of us that have been predicting this moment for ages. Whilst we've been playing well the usual suspects have been barely able to hide their disappointment at not being able to contribute to Wilkins/DK out threads.

Sure enough...one bad loss and then they're all back. It seems to me that there are people here who bizarrely seem to want Albion to fail.

Of course you,re quite right, I often come on here when I see potentially damaging reports emanating from the club or media. My gripe has always been that I believe that this board of Directors have failed to invest in the future of the club....and it,s supporters.I cant prove that I,m right or that the Board is wrong............but the dwindling fan base and the incredibly slow pace of the promised land of Falmer has been ringing alarm bells for ages. I respect others point of view...........I just don,t agree with them....LOL...!

Surely you cant be pleased with the current devlopments? Despite Wilkins building quite a decent side looking for the play-offs, it looks as though its about to be pulled apart. Obviously if Savage/O-C/Hammond are taking the piss then fair enough. However if we dont replace the players that are leaving we are going to stuggle to get 4000 people to Withdean

I,m not meaning to have a go at you Steward433, in fact, I,m glad you feel so positive about it all. But the Falmer saga has been crippling to a small League 1 team. This club needed to stay in the Championship to maintain a decent sized fan base.This board of Directors did not give us a chance.The fan base is dwindling and at this rate, and our good players going to obtain better wages elsewhere, the fan base will soon drop to 3-4000. THis is not nearly enough to persuade banks, breweries or anybody else to invest the minimum £50 milliion pounds needed to bring Falmer to fruition.
I wish the above wasn,t true, but unfortunately I see this present Board of Directors negative attitude being a disaster in the making. Just my opinion of course.
Oh....and I moan about this, because I want the Albion to succeed, not die a slow and inevitable death.
