If you have 2 weeks off work and come back on a Friday night or Saturday morning , except in specific jobs do you not start back on the Monday morning after your holiday. So why shouldnt Paul especially as he does this service ex gratia.

Give Paul a break as all he gets is stupid questions like are we signing so and so etc at this time of the year.

... and, over a weekend, his answer SHOULD be:- I don't know. I've been on holiday.

I've never been quoted by LB I am now all hot and feel cool..........

That's complete TOSH.

I quoted you on 26 July 2003, in a thread where you admitted getting a quote for car insurance from Churchill and upsetting Mrs Hut by refusing to insure with them, despite the fact that they were cheapest:-

I rang them up for quotes.
That's where you went wrong.

Would you check out the furniture bargains on offer at the Goldstone Retail Park before deciding to boycott the place and buy stuff from Habitat?

Of course not.

Due to open on the 26th, now the 28th, any ideas..?

The big question is what do you want to ask him? If you post it in this thread I am sure we can give you an answer.

I'm a bit concerned that either:-

a) you remembered this from 6 years ago; or

b) you took the trouble to look it up in the archives.

I always thought you had a life :)

Goodness me, it was just a question. I if i started being a miserable twat demanding for it to re-open, by all means tell me to piss off. Just making sure it hasn't closed all together, that's all.

I find it tres annoying when people insist on inserting foreign words into an English sentence, even though there is a perfectly suitable English phrase for what they're attempting to convey.

Smacks of pretention and a superiority complex.
