Why has Sullivan been dropped?

I thought it must be because of injury, but he keeps playing for the reserves.

From what I have seen, Anderson isn't any better and certainly isn't more experienced.

Surely, with a team struggling and a back four regularly changing, having someone in goal who knows the players and is more vocal makes sense?

Agreed.

Anderson doesn't seem like a bad keeper, but he's no better than Sullivan from what we've seen so far - and at times is rather shaky. We've had some cracking keepers on loan before that are a genuine upgrade, but this time it doesn't seem the case.

Why are we doing Reading a favour and giving their young keeper some experience, when we have one of our own?

I think the emergance of Sullivan has been one of the few plus points this season.

I could understand getting an experienced older keeper in on loan, but someone the same age with arguable less experience?

Baffled.

Mystery to me. Down the front at Walsall I noticed his complete lack of communication and confidence.

Jarrett has rightly been dropped. Anderson is now top of my players I don't want to see near the first team.

Hove, f***ing ACTUALLY.
A good mate of mine who works in the game tells me that Andersen is very much being watched by several European Clubs, are we perhaps putting him in the shop window?

Maybe that was part of the loan deal ,done by White. " You can borrow him but you have to play him."

he is not injured,i spoke to him a few days ago,and asked him why he wasnt playing, his words were ,that its was part of the loan deal that the reading keeper must play,if not he would be recalled,i spoke to fdm at the yeovil game and he said he was back on that monday,so not sure whats going on,all i know is from that orient game we have looked dodgy and would think it would be something to do with the commanding of the defence

That's intresting. I have a mate who used to live next door to his parents gaff, and 'Big' John (Senior) told him he has been injured.

Yes. Think everybody agrees with this.

This links to the loan players thread.

If we do not have a fit goalkeeper - genuinely - then fair enough.

I'm still not conviced by Sullivan, but he is a Brighton player and if fit should be picked ahead of a loanee.

IF this is true,it is another example of a lunatic loan system that is screwing up our club.
