I know he's an ugly git, but previous managers have managed to get decent signings and loan deals...

Taylor
Adams
Coppell

does everybody hate mcghee?

Although i like the idea of wendy taking over- surely we need someone with the right contacts.

I personally think that he struggles with strikers as he was one before.

He was a blood and guts type of player with a great work ethic. In his playing days that was what football was about, big old fashioned centre forward thing.

He wants his strikers to do the same, however, as we all know the game has moved on.

All our strikers lack confidence. He has not injected confidence into them. He demands total control in the dressing room and woe betide any player who speaks his mind. (Knight, Kuipers, McAmmon, CKR......).

Scoring goals is our problem and if you were a striker would you come to us with McGee in charge?

His tactical decisions recently have not been the most astute. Baffling at times and that has not helped. Most decisions being made about strikers!

It wasn't all bad but it is definately time for him to move on.

Think that is a very fair and accurate statement.

Sad but such is football.

I dont think wendys got any contacts due to / hence why hes been cluttering up our club for 20 years.

I would hardly call being responsible for possibly the best crop of young players ever to grace the Albion, as cluttering the club up, in fact it could prove to be our salvation.

Knight told the club's official website: "It has been difficult to attract players to the club in the last few months - but it hasn't really been about money.

They just don't want to play for him, to many bust ups with his players, and not just whilst managing us.

Now it is time for Maheta, our closely guarded secret weapon, to take Division 1 by storm.

This is a great unanswered question, particularly when you consider that some players have actually come to play for him, whilst others have been here a long time. It seems to stem from McGhees reputation having gone before him, for whatever reason that may be, on the football circuit.

On the way back from Leeds over a year ago a random bloke on the train said McGhee didn't like blacks, which seemed absurd at the time and the Albion fans duly just looked at each other in bewilderment, but there does seem to be some sort of correlation when you consider which players he's supposed to have fallen out with.

Eg. Knight, CKR, Molongo, Jarrett, McGammon, CKR, Kuipers.

I've never heard it suggested that any of Harding, Cullip, Currie or Virgo had had bust ups with McGhee, these transfers being commercialy based ones.

think of how many OLD BOYS mickey adams signed for us

Exactly!

Mcghee MUST have some decent contacts- he's been around quite a bit, i just think he's a w@nker and noone likes him.

Adams and Taylor had no problems getting players in.

Just cant see who wilkins is likely to know, i dont think he's the man- i reckon DK will give him till christmas- only because it'll take that long to convince anyone else to come here!
