This would play havoc with my pre-game beer consumption.
Its a big no from me.

Bad enough having a game on TV at 5:45pm let alone if it was a match at the Amex. Got to remember to sneak out of East London around 3pm to make sure can get back in time for the kick-off

I'm quite happy at Thursdays ko time thankyouverymuch.

Its my BIRFDEE, so I've secured a notional day of "WFH". I'll log off around 3.30 and mince along to Shoreham for some beerage and nosebag at the Waterside to take the game in.

Scenes.

If you live in London you’d know why they don’t kick off at 5:45pm!

6:45pm would be an excellent kick off time.

Some would have to leave work an hour early, but you've got weeks to arrange that, the great majority will be able to.

You can get kids there and back home at a sensible time for school the next day
