to be fair, i was only at 25% fitness - my ankle is so f***ed i have a piece of chicken on it, luckily my host doesnt know!

i am up as after leaving the game tonight i got a phone call from the bird, demanding i go out tonight. needless to say i did that, got totaly ruined and then got removed from her house, so now i am at my best female friends, the whole house is asleep bar me with my bottle of white wine
