WHY are we taking fewer fans today than to Southampton, Watford or Stoke?

Genuine question, not having a pop at anyone.

It's a chance to be CHAMPIONS, only the third time it will have happened in the 38 years I have been watching the Albion, and we still struggled to sell our allocation, yet sold out for FA Cup games. albeit against higher division opponents.

Personally I could not care less today if we were playing Walsall or Barcelona, it's the Albion I want to see, and see them crowned.

Watford and soton nearby, stoke are a prem team... If this was against hartlepool we would have sold 800 probably

You would rather see us against a Prem team than win the league? Interesting.

Personally i didnt go to stoke but i am sat on a coach right now on its way up the m25... Just answering your question.

And tge reason we havnt sold out is because they keep allocating us additional blocks, i think we have behind the goal and quite a long way up the side now as well, think we are taking 2.5k? Not a bad turn out for walsall

for me a very simple answer ,lack of funds , i would love to be able to afford to go ,the offers of a free ticket and travel costs were a bit thin on the ground

This thread has to be in the mix for the prize for the most negative way of looking at life this season? Facts are

1. Sold 2,500 tickets which is the allocation
2. Sold out of the initial allocation 2 weeks ago
3. Its in reality a dead rubber, BHA have 5 games to win the title. I wont go to another game this season for that reason

This summed it up well for me.

I can't afford it, very simply. I was there on tuesday to see us win Promotion, and I've been to plenty this season on the road to winning the league.

Unfortunately for me, I've been to none of the 3 matches mentioned in the thread title.

But I was at Charlton, Plymouth and Swindon. :albion2:

Its a recession and plenty of porpers have just paid a direct debit for zeeeeeee season ticket,so many reasons and not to mention an early promotion takes the zip out of the next games.

Lack of funds, just paid out for the season tickets plus have paid out for match tickets and train tickets for Notts Co. That's when I'm going to have my championship knees-up.

Ti'mings of my pay day and the other overheads i've had this month. HOwever i have bought tickets to Notts County - again the timing of my pay day made this possible.
