I saw him in what I think was his only competitive appearance (already 3-0 up against Burton in the League Cup) and I don't remember this aspect. I do however feel like I'm in a special group of about 5-600 Albion fans that actually saw the man play though.
Anyone who travels to Burton for a League Cup match is part of a 'special' group, Toko Nzuzi or not! But yes, our 'reward' for that commitment, was to witness one player's entire Albion 'career'.

I'm sure there are other players with plenty of single-appearance Albion careers that I've witnessed too. In fact, I'm going to go and start another thread about this...

I’ll second Fran Sandaza, a truly baffling bloke who’s been sacked from so many clubs it’s silly.

I'd like to nominate Igor. Built like a brick shithouse, cool name, swashbuckling runs out of defence, leg tattoos.

Also nominating Davy Propper. Languid style, flowing locks, technical ability with a feeling of 'not sure he is actually arsed about this', that double foul, retiring young because he couldn't be arsed, then coming back etc.

I remember that as it was my husband’s birthday. He loved their faggots and peas!

Alan Duffy great hair with massive sideburns was often the only substitute who would invariably come on and either commit a foul or boot the ball over the south stand towards the bakery

Alan Duffy. Scruffy, maverick, and did a shot that hit the left post, went behind the keeper, hit the right post and out again. I was behind the South goal and though I would never see such a thing again. Duffy just slumped away.
Then there was the time when Kit Napier was about to take a penalty at the Goldstone north end when Duffy took it upon himself to run up and take it himself .. and miss. Didn't go down too well.
