who stood up and started giving McGhee abuse on tuesday night? Im pretty sure Easy 10 would have seen it. Some other guy stood up and told him to 'f*** off and support the team'

I then started a chant of 'drinking pints of whiskey'.

About time someone stood up to the whingers and told them what the majority think!

Dunno who he was, but I had a good view of the crossfire.

All he was saying was that Butters was injured and he should come off. Admittedly his delivery was a bit vociferous and McGhee took it badly, as did fellow fan.

Handbags!

Yes, I did see that Biscuit, he was a couple of rows in front and to my left. He started dishing some stick, then some other bloke stood up and said "why don't you shut up, you're not the f***ing manager".

A top attack, and factually he could not be argued with.

Apparently MM took it in good part and responded "Who? to the "he's injured" comment in an amicable vein and will be referring to it humourously in his programme column on Saturday. I have to say I didn't think that he was too impressed at the time.

The chap in Block D was a complete idiot. He should hang his head in shame. I thought the club played some tremendous, fluent, passing football on Tuesday. If we carry on playing like that, we'll win more games than we lose this season.

Well done Albion.

This bloke is a complete muppet and would love to smash him.I remember when we were on the verge of winning div 2 he had a go a peter taylor and taylor turned round and told him where to go. It is a bloke with thinning hair and glasses as thick as double glazing.

I've seen him. He sometimes hangs around behind the dug outs shouting abuse and trying to get a reaction from the bench?

Then the next week we ALL get a lecture in the programme notes about sticking behind the team, not abusing individual players and having patience etc.

I wrote to Peter Taylor once telling him to ignore him - and I got a nice letter back saying that I wasn't to worry and that he wouldn't let people like this get to him.

Obviously this guy is a sad muppet with no life and this is how he gets his rocks off. He needs sorting out - he's giving all of us a bad name.

My take was the bloke was using the opportunity of Butters hobbling and no visible action from the bench to have a go at McGhee, in the style of "Effing ell McGhee Get him off - he's effing injured". McGhee, in panto-style turned around and said "Who ?". This twerp actually thought McGhee was consulting him and then started pointing at Butters. At which point the idiot who criticised Taylor as we were winning the Division Two championship joined in, also missing McGhee's taking the piss. At which point others joined in to tell the two goons to shut it.

It was hilarious to see the bloke who started shouting at McGhee suddenly look all sheepish and attempt to explain he was trying to help McGhee.

And the cockle-picker stuff was not funny. Embarrassing for Adam who was shouting it, and embarrassing to the rest of us for having to listen.

Totally agree DKM. Tried to ascertain NSCer's views on Wednesday only to be told that most fans thought it was funny.

It was not funny, at all. The worst thing was that people joined in who would not normally stoop to such depths. That's what really got me.

Well if you want to meet him it can be arranged. Although I am not sure people are all that worried about cyber warriors.

The guy in question is an Albion fan of many years, just has a very loud voice and has a habit of saying things at the wrong moment. But did he cause any harm? All he said was something that you lot do not agree with, but he pays his money and so is allowed his say.

End of.

Quite right Uncle Buck. He looks to be passionate about the Albion. I don't agree with his approach - slagging off Peter Taylor on the day we won the championship for example - but when that happened, it was because he thought we should be attacking them more, and not sitting back.

Some plank a few rows in front of me (block E/D border) was shouting 'go back to your take away' at the Korean Winger. Sh*t loads of people were laughing, which makes me think taht people seem to deem Racism ok at Oriental folk, but not black. I get remarkably confused by such inconsistencies.
