Read some where that some club, cant remember which, has offered £500k for Vokes hope Wolves take it as it wasnt us. possibly Barnsley or Burnley but sorry cant remember who it was.

Gus talked about 1st choice targets, 2nd choice and 3rd choice ones. I guess Church was a 2 or a 3 choice, and the higher choice target for striker could now be on his way..

Looks that way. Church would have been an ok signing to be fair (in January Wolves were prepared to pay £1.5m for him). If we have all but tied up someone ahead of him then they must be pretty bloody useful!

Hull are favourites to sign Heskey (but then they thought they had got Kuszczak). Leicester are also reportedly in for him.

Normally I'd agree with you but I wouldn't actually mind just having an experienced journeyman striker who we would have for a 1 or 2 season tops. Who I dont really know, Nicky Forster like I suppose
