1999 from Uni in Bristol. I started the 'Ants' thread. Since then I've achieved precisely sod-all on NSC.

Well, yes. Was it that unusual to have a PC in 97 and a dial up connection? I thought I was behind the times!

Have never worked in IT, in fact most things about computers are a complete mystery to me, that said I did replace a modem in my first computer to keep me posting from the Netherlands.

me though i worked in a returns department for a company who made graphics cards, modems etc. Original Berkshire seagull a VERY long time ago when it was basic

I remember Berkshire Seagull so I must have been posting about then but can't remeber when I did first.

When did it start I had my first computer with Windows when I had a pub in Guildford in 1992/3. I moved to Midhurst in October 1995 and upgraded to Windows 95 then.

Back in Sussex
Late 1996.

Exactly 10 years ago I was sitting in Melbourne, as I am today, whilst friends at home were heavily involved in trying to save the club during the darkest of days. T'internet allowed me to keep in touch with it all.

(We didn't win a single home game whilst I was away for 3 months or so. I arrived back for Steve Gritt's first game and we did pretty well from then...)

No IT for moi, I was shinning up yacht masts in Los Angeles, casting models for commercials and such Hollyweird gubbins.
IT people only dreamt of doing such Nice things.

I accessed football news through aol's footy pages and chatroom for the first 9 months of my internet access, found NSC around that time. This was aprox late 97.

In my computer
Arthur hasn't posted on here at all yet - besides I think there already is an Arthur registered?

Shame as he needs the web space for his deals and things...
