BBC News - DVLA bans councils from database over abuses

Lots of implications there, but the main one seems to be they're looking up the drivers on the DVLA database in order to save money. And that B&H Council are still banned from it.

Avoiding a parking ticket COULD potentially be much much much easier....

Think B&H are banned indefinitely too...may take a while before parking fines will be legit
