Russell Slade has earnt the job, and he should be offered it so he has the choice.

However, I am an Albion fan, and I wouldn't mind Dennis Wise being in charge because he a good track record with Millwall, Swindon and Leeds. I think some people are being very over dramatic about the man.

Apart from the fact that Wise seems to suffer from small man syndrome, he is not that great as a Manager. Most of his so called best work has been done with Poyet and he has not done at all well on his own.

I can't think that anyone who has seen the transformation in the players and in the togetherness of the club would not want Slade as Manager.
