Who will Gus drop from this winning team?

It's a dilemma, but with all the new quality players, will Gus chop and change? In addition, will he try and make space for Vicente?
Should he mess with a winning formula?
Oh my God, I just can't stand all of this.

Crofts out injured so 1 spot up for grabs. Barnes will be dropped and dicker too.

He'll likely mix it up a bit but I'd put Hammnd in for Crofts. Imagine he'll look for a place for Dobbie and think Barnes may make way. Only other switch I might see is Orlandi for Dicker

I don't think he'll make many changes. He won't want to disrupt a team that's doing so well.

Obviously, someone will need to come in for Crofts and I think that will be Dobbie. Rest of the new boys on the bench, I think.

He should keep all the players in who perform well.
One game without a goal isn't enough to drop Barnes, & he cannot sit CMS on the bench after his performances.

It's a manager's dilemma but a good one....and counts more as the season goes on.

Hammond (*spit*) will come in for Crofts if he's injured and possibly Dicker will make way for Orlandi/Lopez. Expect Dobie to replace Barnes in second half if he hasnt stuck a couple away.

Agree with all of that, including (spit)

I think the only change will be the one for Crofts. I expect the others to all be on the bench. I don't know when any of the new signings last played, but i can't imagine them to be match fit.

Also I don't think Vincente has played since Swindon apart from 8 mins v Cardiff so he won't be match fit either. IF (i don't know why i'm typing this because we all know he won't be) he is to play a part I can see it being the last 30 mins from the bench.

Buckley in, lualua out
Orlandi in, dicker out,
Hammond in, crofts out (injury)

Apart from that I wouldn't change it.

Supporting Brighton was so much easier when we only had 12 players, and only 3 of those could kick the ball.

Oh dont you just wish for those days at Gillingham when we thought Peter Smith was amazing and losing Minton was gutting, now we have to slum it with 28000 fans and international players its a sad state of affairs!

Hell yeah I'm glad you agree.
Team selection was a piece of piss.

How can you drop LuaLua?

did you not see him at the weekend, he was immense. He was tying the Burnley players up in knots...

No reason to drop anyone unless they have a poor game, with such an able squad Gus has to pick the line up on current form and once you get the shirt you have to show you deserve to keep it.

Crofts might be out still so Hammond would seem the ideal replacement and as many people have said Dicker appears to be our weakest player in the starting line up but personally I'd keep him in if Crofts is still out 1 new player in central midfield is enough to start with

With the International break Gus will have plenty of time in training to look at the new guys .

Personally would n't mind seeing

ElAbd has potentially 2 games for Egypt before Sheff Wed. Depends on how much he is involved, but may need a rest, and could be replaced by Dunk.

The big danger of going down the 'two players for every position' route is you could end up with a lot of unsettled players. Brilliant problem for us, the fans, to have, but a bit of a managerial headache I'd have thought.

Now when players go down injured or pick up suspensions we have quality to take their place.
