Simple shoot out following lots of controversy and finger pointing
Graham Potter.
Obviously its a matter of taste. "My" manager isn't necessarily "your" manager.
My manager has the left ball to stand up in front of booers and protect our players against unhelpful bullshit.
My manager has the right ball to tell a goalie he isn't good enough and go with another.
My manager has the gut to allow players to fail without calling them out post-game.
My manager has the heart that prevents players from downing their tools or going on strikes.
My manager has the tongue that makes us understand that board, staff and players are all united.
My manager has the brain to gradually improve a team and its players, with or without the help of money.
Thats my boy. The feral shit-thrower running a Facebook fan page about himself... not so much my type.
And that's the worry if he gets the Chelsea job!Ask the players... they were all glowing in praise for RDZ and claimed he was a step up.
That's the answer.
I was going to add 'Oh goodie, another poll...'Oh goodie, yet another thread about our last 2 ex-managers.
We need more ex-manager threads to make it even more diversive.
Where is the IDGAF about our ex-managers option?
And Potter didn't? He joined when we had stayed up by the skin of our teeth and a Cardiff clusterfuck, when all our mindset was was trying to stay in the league. He led us to the top half of the table, exciting football, replacing the promotion team with exciting youth, beating all the big teams, and left us near the top of the league dreaming of Europe.I believed at the time that we could qualify for Europe, and RDZ delivered that beautifully - but he wasn't the one that changed that mindsetNot even close. RDZ completely changed the mindset of both the club and the supporters.
