I have to be honest i really didn't want France to beat AC Milan last night and really don't want Chelski to win tonight. There is something about those two teams which i really dislike, two teams with arrogance in every player, no youth products and a load of glory supporters.
Man u however have grown on me since the rise of the two London clubs, I like some of their professionals like Scholes,Giggs,Neville, Ronaldo etc and admire how Ferguson doesn't allow his players to get too big headed unlike Arsenal.
Unfortunately the domination of these clubs is giving others like ourselves a slimmer chance of ever achieving what every fan dreams of, top success and having a world class player at the club for more than one season.
Just wondering if anyone else has the same views and opinions of these 2 prawn sandwiches plz show

I will always support a team from England in Europe, with the slight caveat if Palace ever made it.

Its a club competition though, why should you support a team because they share the same nationality as you? They don't do justice for our nation as they fail to show Europe British talent.

Apart from Lampard, Terry, Cole, Bridge, Cole, Wright-Phillips and Sidwell, obviously?

I used to love it when Chelsea lost when Mourinho was in charge but after wondering what the hell was going on with the appointment of Grant, I've warmed to the guy and would like to see him do well. So yeah I hope they win, not that I'll care if they lose though.

2 of the 6 players you mention are starting tonight, Sidwell? not even registerd for Europe. Chelski ahave a squad of 35 world class players the above isn't a great percentage of English is it? How many of them are products? How many of them left their previous clubs on bad terms eg bosman?

One? [Sidwell]
SWP; £21m
Lampard; about £8m from West Ham
Joe Cole; ditto
Ashley Cole; £6m plus Gallas from Arsenal
Bridge; £3m from Saints
Terry; Chelsea product.

Absolutely despise Chelsea. I really do. I find the champions league more dull than dull itself.

Whilst I was at the Gillingham game last night, I was surprised and disappointed that fans around me in the east-stand showed interest in the scores from the 'champions' league. Up until the public addresser speaker guy announcing the half-times, I was unaware such games were being played.

Skidmarks seems to speak sense. Hans, why are you defending Chelsea? :annoyed:
