Would you have Knight and McPhee up front from the start or stick with Virgo ?

If Chippy is ready would you have him in place of Hammond ?

Mayo or Harding.....

It's great for McGhee to have these problems in my opinion.

I would drop Hinsh and play Harding, Jones or Jarrett, then move Currie to his best position on the right...

Jarret went off injured Saturday after IMHO playing a blinder, and I won't put play Jones, same team for me

McGhee says it was tactical.

Subbing an injured player is great tactics :lolol:

He wasnt injured. Mcghee wanted to bring on a more defensive player to make the point safe.

Same as that. I'd drop Hinsh, move Currie to the right and start with Jarrett down the left.

Wolves have had a shite start to the season and there's no reason why we shouldn't be going all out for the three points.

McGhee reckons we can't play with attacking players on both sides of midfield, so is unlikely to play Currie and Jarret at the same time.

Same as Saturday. I do not think Hinshelwood has done anything wrong and we should not underestimate Wolves. They are due a win this season and due a win against us. If we lose I fear there maybe disappointment but the fact that we are playing against a team like Wolves and expecting to win shows how well we are doing.

With three games in quick succession I would be more open to changes for the QPR game. They were a physical side last year and are not as good as Wolves (despite the league positions). I would bring in McPhee and Jarrett for that one and leave Knight and Hinshelwood/El Abd on the bench.

QPR on Saturday is one we can't afford to lose. What sunk us in this division last time around (apart from losing 12 games in arow) was the number of points we conceded against the strugglers

he says that but in the last home game we played jones and currie out wide and won.i can understand that thinking away but need someone a bit more attacking than hinch at home

But McGhee regards Jones as a good defender, not Jarrett.

Wolves scored 3 goals on Saturday against a team that blew us off the park a few weeks ago. This idea that Wolves can't hurt us going forward is simply not facing up to reality.

Don't get carried away! Our improved performances have been built on our tight scrapping in midfield and McGhee is unlikely to change that for Kevin Keegan tactics.

Hinsh is under pressure, but I think it's been said that Chippy still needs a few more reserve games. Jones might come back but was unimpressive against Preston.

I think we are a couple of weeks away from McGhee trying something interesting on the right midfield, maybe moving either Hammond or Nicolas there, when Chippy returns.

Virgo looks to me staying up front for a long time whether he likes it or not!
