Vicente
It's a rare thing seeing an experienced world class player in a 2nd division.
The way Vicente effortlessly glided past defenders and made impossible through balls was a joy to behold.
AK is tremendous and king of this division, but Vicente was another level.
I agree with that. For me silky is definitely Vicente, for input Knocky. I guess I'd have to say that considering those factors Knocky is (or has been) the most influential.Cannot disagree with any of that yet I still feel Knocky has contributed more in an Albion shirt.
Voted Knockaert. How can Vicente be winning when he played 2 games?
He played about 30 times (mostly subs but I believe still more than Knockaert). Vicente is winning because the question was: "Who is the silkiest player to wear the stripes" and irrespective of how many games he played.
Greater contribution? Knockaert. Silkiest? Vicente.
Jeff Minton.
Really?!?
As every other Peter seems to be getting a mention.
Please step forward, one Peter ...
... Smith.
Vicente was doing what Knocky's doing now in the championship except it was against teams like Barcelona and Real Madrid! The gulf in quality and opposition is large.
As an aside always had a soft spot for Jeff, how was he supposed to soar like an eagle etc, etc?
