The reason I will never understand the world of business is because being a complete and utter dick seems to be a "quality" that is hugely respected. Based on this, Yasmina should win because she has happily spoken about how she "will be nice to people but then shit on them in the boardroom" and generally being very unpleasant to people. Whilst Kate may be a bit run of the mill, I actually think there's a lot to be said for simply being a steady eddy. "With regret", I think Yasmina will win.

Don't get the fuss about Kate, she's just 'solid', but hasn't done anything particularly impressive other than one pitch. Yasmina has PM'd 3 wins out of 3.
