I appreciate that I'm on a public forum, and pissed and wrecked on legal drugs because of my spine pain.

I also suffer from depression, but I have the best friends , and I'm so lucky to have these boys and girls, just a text away.

Anyhow, I digress... for me it's Take that and back for good;

What is your go to when feeling low?

Honestly, I try to steer clear of sad songs if I'm feeling down as it only adds fuel to the fire, but this is definitely the one that stirs up the most emotion for me.
I can't remember the last time I listened to this all the way through as it always brings back too many bad thoughts, but it's a beautiful song nonetheless.
Obviously we don't know one another, but if you ever need a chat outside your circle of friends, don't hesitate, especially if you're feeling low. Always happy to lend an ear and possibly some questionable advice that you should almost certainly ignore.

As I've said on NSC before, this song has literally saved my life. I was at the lowest of lows the day we played Charlton and had the beam back and I was in the car on the way to either end it or go to the Amex for the beam back, it was one or t'other and then this came on and something in my head clicked.

This song however is my go to pick me up, from the same album, just makes me think of my kids and how lucky I am to have them.
