There is quite an impressive list.

You can pick more than one.

Back in Sussex
I ticked nearly all of them.

Gully / girls - my kids love(d) them.
Classical singers - it's a nice touch, just don't sing GOSBTS when we do please.
Band - it helps build the atmosphere as you approach from the station side, and I know there are plans to make that even more of a feature.
Catering - like the pies, would prefer a proper cider but it's not a big deal.
Legend interview - never seen one - always on the concourse.
Travel - works well enough for me and tens of thousands of others.
Sussex by the sea - naturally.
Toilets - a lot better than most.
Wifi - works surprisingly well which is great as I can't get a decent 3g signal in the ground.
Big screens - love being able to see insta-replays.
Concourse little screens - yes, for other scores, highlights and train times.
Fanzone - the kids love it.

I didn't tick:

Horse racing - I missed it.
Legends interviews - I've never seen one - I'm always on the concourse.
Programmes - I've never been a buyer of programmes.

Boring By Sea
I thought it was a one choice thing and picked 'other' for pre match drinking in surrounding pubs. Quite enjoy the scratch card experience too.

Ticked:

Gully
Catering
Travel
Sussex by the sea
Toilets - seriously, who doesn't want the ground to have toilets.
Big screens
Concourse little screens

Didn't tick, but maybe should have?:
Wifi (phone isn't working, but I'll want wifi once I get my shitty iPhone fixed)
Band
Fanzone - what do they do on match day?

For me, the best thing about the matchday experience is the simple pleasure of wandering around, meeting people and chatting. Some are close friends, others are not much more than vague acquaintances, but the enjoyment of the random conversation with fellow Albion fans never wanes.

The layout of the whole stadium site just enhances the experience.

Yup, this. I'm WSU and love the concourse pre-match. Couple of beers, meet friends, chat and generally build myself up into a state of nervous excitement for the game. After the game we always go round the ESL concourse to meet up with friends and family who sit in other parts of the stadium, and have often found ourselves drinking and chatting to the odd group of away fans as well.

Just being able to have a pre match pie and pint chatting to mates on the concourse and waiting to debate team selection at 2.15.

There should really be a 'None of the above' for the miserable fans. Doesn't give a true reflection without it.

Kind of agree but didn't put it as just wanted to gauge what elements of the "match day experience" are valuable, not whether most people just go for the football which is probably obvious.

I forgot to add the over stewarding of every area of the stadium

I didn't enjoy the WSU today, it was really humid - was that just me ?

I find it a bit too cramped up there to be honest.

Much prefer the North concourse, but prefer where I sit. Perfect view shame the football is rubbish at the moment.
