I think if Tigana came here then Zesh would be recalled at the end of the month. I can't see Coleman letting him stay with the ex-manager they effectively fired.
I'd also be concerned as to his motives - and motivation. He might be good at getting Fulham out of the first div with a huge bankroll behind them, but I'd have serious doubts about his ability to manage on a shoestring.
