which club would you save and why?

I have no interest in saving football clubs,i find it all rather tedious to be honest.

Isn't it lucky people didn't have that attitude in 1997?

Port Vale without a doubt. Their predicament sounds much like ours was. Their supporters seem to be far more active than the other clubs in their position. This may be in part because they (like we were) are a smaller club and the fans are far closer to the club than Portsmouth an Rangers. Money and those who make it have not completely taken over and the supporters are not merely 'customers'.
