Nothing wrong with the 1980s per se, Crabtree, but as with any period, it had its collection of utter arses.

Timmy Mallet, for example, had a number one in the 80s I believe.

On the other hand, the 80s also gave us A-Ha, for which I for one was extremely grateful while I was at primary school. And various other CLASSIC artists (sod off anyone born after 1989 as you're just far too young to be on here ).

yeah true but in my eyes growing up in the 80s was full of the splendid colour of the costumes and make-up they would wear, it was'nt until the early 90s that I started seeing dickheads on Top Of The Pops!

Nik Kershaw's only redeeming feature is that he has finally stopped making music. I say music - I actually mean tone-deaf Bon Tempi-driven squawking that could send oil tankers in the English Channel off course.

Wouldn't It Be Good if he just f***ed off. The Riddle was how he became so popular in the first place. The short-arsed twat.
