There isn't just football on today! Another great performance from Lewis, oh yes and Jenson for an English 1-2. Nearly makes up for last night.
Now Lewis is top of the standings - normal service is being resumed. \just shows who is the best at McLaren!

I'm sure it was great to the minority that still watch F1, but for the rest of us, who cares?

Out of mild interest, was there any overtaking? did any car finish in a different position than they were on at the end of the first lap barring breakdowns and cock ups in the pit lane?

Then again, when I said "out of interest" I really didn't expect there to be any...

Great race today and there is a thread about it. I really wish people who don't like it would go away though. Every time there's a thread someone has to come in and pipe up about how they don't like it! Fine, but millions of people do, and some of us want to talk about it without having to defend why we like it every time!

Sorry guys, I was only expressing my feelings for a once revered event, it has lost so much of it's gloss and interest for me, and the title of this thread just about summed it up. When all is said and done, the person who started this thread made an inadvertant comment/point by starting the thread. and of course, no-one seems to have even mentioned Le Mans, anyone care to let us know how enthralling that was?

I suggest you try watching a race if you think that because it is as good as it has ever been, maybe better, don't make it the next one though, which is likely to be a dull procession

Any of you F1 fans have a clue as to why Ferrari would give Massa a two year extension on his contract. He is nowhere near as quick or competitive as Alonso so you'd think they want to bring in a driver who was, or is it possible that Alonso's contract makes him the undisputed No 1 a la Schumacher?

Seems a really odd decision for a team that wants to be the best
