Where's the DVD?

Got my unsmart traditional south stand season in the post today - why no DVD from the second half of last season?. I'm sure they came out with the tickets last year

While we're on the subject, did others recieve their Gold cards with their season tickets? I know its nothing major, but thinking of buying a shirt in the club shop, its easy enough to just give my address etc in-store but for future references.
