The Complete Badger or kuipers is god or whatever name he is using has not appearred on here at all during Saturday evening, which is unusual. Could it be because Prezovan has been receiving rave reviews? No it wouldnt be because of that he is probably nowhere near a PC, LapTop or phone with internet access.

saved a penalty, which i think anybody in the stand could have saved. dominated the box, which for something who is 8 foot tall should do, and didnt have to make any other saves. smith could have played today and done exactly the same

I somehow think that we're about to learn of Kuipers's miraculous recovery and return to full fitness by next Friday. All the time that Smith was the backup he probably thought that his position was safe as soon as he decided to return. Not any more though.

Isn't starting a thread about another user an automatic banning offence?

I'm one of Kuipers' biggest followers, and I will be totally honest with my hands up and say that the keeper yesterday was superb. His kicking was suspect at times, notably when he miskicked whilst way out of his goal and the ball was sent back in agonizingly slowly before he finally slid down to push it wide, but other than that he was sensational. Good commander of his area, great catching and distribution (at times) and a wonderful penalty save. Other than the penalty he wasn't really tested in terms of clear cut chances, unless you count the one on one in which the attacker rushed his shot and gave him a comfortable save. Nonetheless, a very good performance and one which Smith could only dream of and Kuipers could learn from. Well done Mr. Brezovan.

I didnt realise that he was banned sorry but if that happens to me so be it. I cannot see what I have done wrong or insulted anybody, just asked a question as I would have expected him, had he not been banned, to have been the first person on here with a view on the keeper.

Even from beyond the grave The Complete Todger is having an unhealthy influence on this board. Does this not prove once and for all that the banning system is completely pointless and ineffectual? Time for a review of all those who post racist, homophobic and general shite on here me thinks - welcome one, welcome all.

ACKER!!! :falmer:

And Murray deliberately got himself sent off, Virgo has it in his contract that he plays every game, ...

Oh come on, you've both been here long enough to know people's opinions generally change in the blink of an eye - win and we're great Dickinson and Murray would walk into Man Utd's first team Smith is an albion legend in the making, lose and we're shit Smith will never overcome his scottishness, dickinson is not even good enough for a sunday pub team and Murray is sabotaging his own team in an effort to escape the hell of Brighton.

This one?

Or this one...

That was posted back in august.

I'm sorry, I'm confused. (nothing new there, then...)

As long as he's back by the next Formula One season and follows up his Crofts helping of humble pie with a large portion of Jenson Button humble crumble, I'll be happy :lolol:

I'm sorry, I don't see the connection.

It's all conspirational. Your implication is that Kuipers was deliberately staying unfit so the club can suffer and see how important he is, but now there's someone who on one game's evidence is a threat to his position, he's actually going to try to get fit.

It's a ridiculous assertion.

That wasn't what I was saying. I was suggesting that Kuipers was taking longer than was really necessary to declare himself fit, on the basis that whenever he returned he would get the shirt back. We were told that he could (some said would) be ready for the Charlton game and then for yesterdays game. Perhaps he decided not to risk it and have another week 'to make sure'. After yesterday I raised the possibility that he would be more inclined to declare himself ready to play on Friday. Anyway, it's not really worth discussing as we'll never know what the real reason was (unless he's still ruled out).

If Kuipers was fit yesterday, he would have played. Clearly, he wasn't. Your cynicism is unfounded here.

Was it not reported that FDM would be out for probably 3 weeks. With Smiths poor form/illness perhaps it was considered to try to speedup FDM return but having Prezovan on trial negated the need so urgently.
