In a pile of football shirts
Roddick just served up a masterclass. Something for Murray to chew on, he'll be back I'm sure.

I remember where I was when Wilhelm Bungert beat Roger Taylor, and the 7 semi-finals we have lost since. You would think just by the law of averages...

Well, yeah, true to a degree, but he was a class above

Agreed. That was the Roddick of old. Murray will be kicking himself. I did think that whoever won the third set on tie break would take the match. You can take a few more risks and relax a bit more.

Let's hope Roddick can reach the same levels against The Fed Express.

Murray would have won if he'd worn a baseball cap, we couldn't see a thing in our living room when the ball went into that sunny quarter of the court so god knows how he could!

He's just a scottish Tim Henman. We will probably have to put up with another 5 years of will he won't he until we realise he won't.

Shows that you know little about tennis..He wasnt thrashed.
Came up against a guy who played a little better. Thats tennis.....its not a team sport. The odd serve, the odd volley, the odd forehand can change the course of a match. GUARANTEE that Murray will win more Grand Slams than Roddick.
There are some odd people here!

Roddick gave Murray a masterclass today, thats the best ive ever seen him play, if he was playing anyone else in the final i'd give him the trophy today but unfortunately he stands no chance against the Fed, no one would.
