According to his Twitter feed he was in Brussels talking to EU leaders regarding Labours alternative plan for Brexit - that’s of corse unless you know different?

He was in Brussels having constructive meetings with EU leaders.
Unlike Theresa May, who was in Brussels throwing a strop and telling EU leaders that she WILL get MV3 through Parliament and that there is no other option.
