Where can I get a good, cheap laptop?

There's so much choice out there and I'm not really that clued up.

I basically need Word, Excel, intermet, email and be able to link up with my mobile for addresses etc.

Any help would be much appreciated

I'm now looking into buying one. Vicar - any problems since your last post about your one from the laptop shop? I've heard a couple of bad things from them so need the other side of the story if possible.

Looking to spend about £300ish, not much on ebay just yet. Anyone else got any good suggestions?
