Where can I find all today's results? All wrong on BBC/sky

It appears all the main websites have loads of scores wrong.

Huddersfield won 1:0 according to the BBC but check the report and the lost 2:3 despite the score being 1:0! Loads of other results wrong too. Anyone know why it's all wrong. Sky sports website and app also all wrong.

My Burnley colleague came in to work this morning claiming a 2-1 win after checking the BBC website at full time.

Had great pleasure in breaking the bad news to him.
