Sir Norman Gall asks where are the leaders in our team? He said the team is too quiet. Nail on head. We should never have let a two goal lead slip to this lot by the sound of it.

Forster is up front and not, in my view, a natural captain anyway. We need a midfield general or central defender as captain who leads by example and rallies the troops.:rant:

At the radio it sounds like thy stopped playing after the second goal went in. extra training and a kick up the r's if that is right. Spent a Million and failing to beat Yeovil who will be fighting relegation. That is simply not good enough. Feel sorry fo Slade myself, and i know I have said "go get Coppell if he is available". Stand by that but fstill feel sorry for Slade.

It sounds like we do need a bully for the team, f***ing dreadful result having gone 2-0 up. How hard can it be to play with concentration for a full 45-50 mins a half? Losing track of the late goals we concede. Sounds like we were not up to a physical battle today, if Norman Gall is to be believed. Are we too soft as well as lacking leadership?

Tunnicliffe is a figure in defence. Dicker needs to be a figure in midfield.

We need a player with some gob. Danny Cullip played an excellent role in team morale boosting. We need to start showing some f***ing bollocks. Need to start grabbing the game by the scruff of the neck and giving it all on the pitch.

We live in a different era now. Precious souls need a cuddle and sympathy rather than hair-dryer treatment or they end up feeling more sorry for themselves. Being paid too much for failure hardly helps with motivation either. Nobby Horton? They're not fit to clean his boots

Simon Morgan, Dean Blackwell, Danny Cullip, Guy Butters - the common denominators in our successful teams at Withdean (even Ian Culverhouse and Mark Morris before then, but not so successful!)- centre halfs with experience, it's a no brainer

If what we're crying out for is a decent, intelligent old head at centre back then why the f*** are Virgo and Hawkins at this club?

Having 3 leaders on the pitch in 1983 (Case, Grealish and Fozzie) didn't stop us going down.
