Sir Norman Gall asks where are the leaders in our team? He said the team is too quiet. Nail on head. We should never have let a two goal lead slip to this lot by the sound of it.

Forster is up front and not, in my view, a natural captain anyway. We need a midfield general or central defender as captain who leads by example and rallies the troops.
