I presume you have discussed this with him and been in on club meetings and negotiations so you can come to the conclusion that he is 'out-of-touch'?
Did he tell you the amounts involved so you can confidently say that he should have agreed to pay them and that they could have been afforded without adversely affecting the club?
I presume that you know that all other league chairmen don't stand up to agents, don't negotiate and just pay up regardless of the price?
How do you know he is penniless?
How do you know exactly who is putting money into the club and on what basis? Is it only the Blooms?
If your information is rock-solid from the 'horse's mouth', fair enough. If your information comes from NSC or is guesswork then it is just an ill-informed opinion with no basis in fact.
