Son has to be in a wheelchair for the next 3 months I would ask people who regularly go to The Amex in a wheelchair what are the facilities like for you as obviously he wont be able to get to his seat in Upper West and which is the best way to travel. Is the train ok or do you go by car and if so where is the nearest place to park.

I have the same question funnily enough. My son broke his leg playing football last week and will be in full plaster for a couple of months.

I asked the club, emailed the club. The "disabled liaison officer" was supposed to come back to me and hasn't had the courtesy to do so.

I feel very badly let down by the club over this. We are season ticket holders and they have made no effort at all. The only response I have had was the guy who answered the phone the first time who told me it was best to stay at home!

If anyone can give me any pointers, it would be much appreciated - he is really down and the club haven't helped.

Is it possible the disabled liaison officer didn't get your message? Have you tried ringing again? I've always found them nothing but helpful. I think the DLO is Sally Townsend, sally.townsend@bhafc.co.uk, you could email her direct, or the customer service number is 01273 878 288.

If you can get a parking space in Car Park 5 at Sussex University, there's a wheelchair accessible free minibus shuttle service that will get you to and from the stadium before and after the game. No need to book, just turn up and use it.

Will have another try tomorrow thx - but when I give out my number and email address over the phone and am told the DLO is at lunch but will get back ASAP and they don't, it's a bit disappointing.

Cheers for the contact dets though.
