Loving Choo Choo by the Arctic Monkeys (proving rather popular on this thread already it would seem).

I'm also getting my kicks to Khaki Suit by Damien "Jr Gong" Marley which is lovely and dub heavy and at volume really makes the walls shake.

And also a track I've recently rediscovered is Morning Sun by the Plump DJ's off their second album Eargasm. Marvellous stuff, totally chilled on an album full of chaos.
