I'm a Sainsbury's man. It is close to my house and not too many poor people go there.

Asda - White bread, brown babies.

Sainsburys - as they're the only ones (I think) who still sell 'Binfest'

Where the hell is Waitrose? Bitch slaps all the others by a country mile.

If I'm slumming Sainsbury just egts the vote over Tescos... but we do like Asda too.

Rigged vote.

ASDA for me, HATE Sainsburys with a passion dont find it good value at all,

Turkish Food Centre and the Dalston Ridley Road market.

Great fresh food at prices the supermarkets will never achieve.

Then Lidl.

And Sainsbury's for luxury's such as Kettle Chips.

Spar, it's the only supermarket we've got in Lyme.

I avoid supermarkets when I can but if I had to pick, it would be Waitrose. Why on earth isn't that on the poll?

I have no real preference between Sainsburys & Tescos. Waitrose is good if I'm feeling wealthy. Lidl is superb value for money and well worth a visit for stuff like cold meats and antipasti. Also, some of there wine is really quite good considering the price.

Sainsburys has the shittest meats, Asda's good for that.
I wouldnt trust anything that comes out of Lidl

Yeah why?

Its wines and Champagne have won awards, its staff are paid higher wages than all other uk supermarkets, its food meet the same food (BRC) standards if not higher than other UK supermarkets?

People who shop in Sainsbury's must like giving their money away. I appreciate that you don't get all the knuckledraggers that frequent chAvSDA (or ASBO as we call it at work), but for that luxury you are treated like a mug pricewise - why pay for a branded item there when you can get the SAME item a hell of a lot cheaper in ASBO? Ethically most of the big supermarkets are the same so you can't play that card.
