Why is that seemingly any conversation about football involves someone making a shit comparison with something like Tescos. Football is not the same as food shopping, please stop being so contrary because it makes you sound stupid.

I don't think fans are required to boycott every match in protest at ownership because you're there to support the team, they suffer if you boycott. Don't think all Brighton fans stopped going to the Goldstone as soon as it became clear what Archer was doing (although I know there were various protests along these lines).

Wow. Scarves.
Those Glazers must be quaking in their boots now.

Anyone want to show United fans how to break a crossbar during a game ? That might have a bit more of an impact.

I'm loving seeing the Premiership starting to crumble.

Abort, retry, fail
I don't think it is, sadly. Man Utd seem to have played their 'Get out of jail free card' with that bond issue and sadly I do not think there are enough Man Utd fans bothered enough about the Glazers using the club as a piggy bank to cause any ripples. Portsmouth will probably go down and blame finances, but they will be forgotten about. Another team will replace them.

Sorry but if Manure crash and burn I won't be sorry. They have reaped the benefits of pissing on their poorer relations in the league and it started way back when they got agreement to keep the gate receipts for home games. Thats when the rot started. Live by the sword and die by the sword. They embraced capitalism in a sport and now they are suffering from it. They won't go out of business but if they have a similar demise to that of Leeds then it would probably be good for the whole of football.
