Driving my train at 6ish one morning, at Plumpton, a man in the middle of the track. Made a bigger bang than a pheasant, I can tell you!!

When I visited my Nan in her nursing home for the last time before she passed away. She seemed so old, frail, helpless and confused compared to the Nan I'd grown up knowing (for example, her and my Grandad had been married 59 years when she passed, and known each other all their lives, yet she didn't have the faintest idea who he was).

Alzheimer's is a horrible, horrible disease and I'd not wish it on anyone after seeing what it did to her.

Hither (sometimes Thither)
I was no fan of seeing the x-ray of my brain a while ago, informed overall parts of the jelly had shrunk or been eaten, the grey area, a bruising, perhaps holding some of my favourite times or ways in which would they have been told; but the worst things i ever saw, probably, were in the last couple of months in my job as an internet porn-remover. Up until then most of it had been amusing stuff of badger-rape, dog-genital-sucking, appliances lighting up women's privates and the Young Gay Turd-Eaters, but our final assignment was to find and remove child porn. In a combination of the two horrors, it's difficult to re-see images of that observational experience without a clear explanation and history as to why caused by the muddled brain. Rotten.

Once went through East Croydon, probably late Eighties, on a severely delayed train one rush hour morning. there'd been a jumper and the poor devils who had to clear the mess up had obviously been under severe pressure to get the trains running again. So there were these large chunks of red meat at the side of the track. Absolutely horrible.

I had to go veggie for a month after that.

I saw somthing like that at Haywars Heath once and the seagulls were feasting now that was grim.

I've seen Maggots crawling under the skin of another dead guy, pretty grim.

Hmmm. A guy who'd been dead in his flat for two months before we broke in, possibly, there were hardly any maggots left because they'd nearly all hatched into flies. Had no idea what ethnic background he was from initially because what was left of his skin had turned brown and black (eventually found out he was white), and his entire flat was heaving with the fattest bluebottles you've ever seen. They get everywhere, even into unopened mail, so you can see the sealed envelopes wriggling on the doormat.

Worst thing I've ever smelt, without a doubt, but possibly not the worst I've seen.

For some strange reason, other things have made me cringe more- a woman who jumped off a multi storey car park, resulting in her legs disappearing up into the rest of her. Or a drug addict who got macheted across the back of the legs, leaving him with massive gaping holes carved into each, with all the muscles hanging out and twitching. Because he had no useable veins elsewhere, the hospital staff had to stick the canula into his feet, where the skin is really thin.

I really can't recommend watching a needle get stuck into anyone's foot  :lolol:

I had a teacher at school who had worked for a drug rehab group in London, she told us that they were called out to a junkie who had overdosed in the toilets at Picadilly Circus...they had to give the bloke an injection to try and save his life, the only vein that they could find that hadn't collapsed was in his testicles, don't think he survived much longer.

Carry on England.

An absolute travesty of a film and an insult to the Carry On series.

Failing that, Independence Day.
